The Powerseal 3425 Repair Clamp (Saddle/Sleeve) are used for repairing water, sewage and air systems. 

The entire fitting is fabricated from Type 304 (18-8) Stainless Steel.

The patented Exact Fit 360 degree complete circle waffle gasket provides a safe and reliable seal

while insulating the sleeve from galvanic corrosion.

     Specifications:

• Panel: Type 304 (18-8) Stainless steel per ASTM A240

• Gasket: Nitrile (Buna-N, NBR) Chek-O-Seal with multi o-ring sealing ribs from 100% new rubber to ensure performance under varying pressures with superior storage characteristics. Suitable for oils, natural gas, acids, alkalines, most Hydrocarbon Fluids (aliphatic), portable water, and many other chemicals within temperature range of –40^o F - +180^o F.

• Lugs: Type 304 (18-8) Stainless steel per ASTM A240

• Bolts and Nuts: Type 304 (18-8) Stainless steel per ASTM A193 & A194. Note: Hex nuts are furnished with fusion bonded coating to prevent seizing and galling.

• Rated at 150 psi working pressure

• Recommended torque is 70-80 ft lbs.
